1. Scope & Data
Each firm record can include firm-level details, supported products and platforms, restricted countries, payout terms, trading rules, promotion fields, and one or more account-pricing options. Account records can include the list price, activation fee, discount, drawdown, profit target, position limits, and funded-stage terms.
A value shown on Funded.Now means it is present in the site dataset; it is not a guarantee that the value is still available for every trader, region, broker, platform connection, or account variant. Missing data should appear as “Not listed” instead of being inferred as zero or false.
2. Cost Calculations
Estimated entry cost starts with the account’s listed evaluation price. An account-specific discount takes precedence over a firm-wide percentage when one is provided. A listed activation fee is then added.

The firm’s checkout and agreement remain authoritative.
3. Ordering & Recommendations
The homepage’s default “Our Pick” order uses maintained editorial fields: featured firms first, followed by the configured ranking order. It is not presented as the output of a hidden universal score. User-selected table sorting—such as estimated cost, rating, payout timing, or account size—reorders the same dataset by the chosen field.
Programmatic comparison pages match firms to explicit attributes such as platform, account size, trading feature, or stated eligibility data. Smart Match uses the preferences selected in its questionnaire and exposes scored contributors and watch-outs with each result. No result guarantees suitability, funding, or a payout.
4. Ratings & Reviews
Trustpilot ratings and review counts are third-party snapshots, not Funded.Now’s own score. They can change after the dataset is updated and should be opened at the linked source for current reviews and context. Qualitative pros, cons, and summaries are editorial fields and should be read alongside the detailed rules.
5. Freshness & Promotions
Promotions with a valid dated expiration are removed after that timestamp. Promotions without a known end date remain listed until the dataset is updated. An undated offer is not a promise that a code or price will remain available.
The current firm schema does not expose a reliable per-field or per-record “last verified” timestamp on public pages. Until that provenance is added, treat all prices, platform support, eligibility, rules, and payout terms as comparison inputs that must be checked with the firm before purchase.
6. Affiliate Disclosure
Funded.Now may earn a commission when you follow an affiliate link and purchase from a firm. Affiliate status does not change the account-level cost formula or the source fields displayed in a comparison. Editorial ordering is identified as such, and checkout details should always be verified independently.

7. Corrections
If you find an outdated price, rule, restriction, platform, rating, or promotion, email support@funded.now with the firm, affected page, correct value, and a source link. Corrections should update the shared firm record so every dependent comparison uses the same value.
8. Limitations
- Firm rules, prices, access, and promotions can change without notice.
- Eligibility can depend on residency, citizenship, KYC, sanctions, or product.
- Displayed platform support may not apply to every account or connection.
- Third-party ratings do not predict an individual trader’s experience.
- Funded.Now does not provide financial, legal, tax, or trading advice.
