Top One Futures offers simulated futures evaluations and simulated funded programs with different rules. For a beginner, the practical starting point is Elite Daily V2: understand its end-of-day loss floor, daily loss pause and payout buffer before deciding whether the program fits your trading.
This guide follows the 50K Elite Daily V2 account introduced on May 11, 2026. Other Top One plans and older purchases can work differently.
Checked September 27, 2026. Examples are hypothetical. FundedNow may earn a commission through these links. This researched guide does not claim personal trading or payout experience. Fees and trading involve risk; passing and payouts are not guaranteed. Named rule links open the firm's homepage; find the named articles in its Help Center.
Which Top One Futures plan are you looking at?
The current lineup includes Elite Daily, Elite Access, Instant Sim Funded and Ignite Instant Funding. The names describe different journeys, not interchangeable versions of the same account. Instant access removes an evaluation stage, but it does not remove payout conditions or the possibility of losing the account. Current programs
Elite Daily V2 has an evaluation followed by simulated funded trading. A later live transition is a separate process. The 50K label is a nominal balance, not $50,000 you can withdraw or lose. Your usable allowance is much smaller.
Elite Access has a different price structure and funded requirements. Its current homepage also offers an intraday variant, while an older overview describes the end-of-day version. Save the exact product name, variant and purchase date. Applying a Daily rule to Access because both say 50K is an avoidable mistake. Program information
What are the 50K Elite Daily V2 rules?
| Detail | Evaluation | Simulated funded |
|---|---|---|
| Profit target | $3,000 | Payout eligibility replaces the pass target |
| Maximum loss allowance | $2,000, end-of-day method | $2,000, end-of-day method |
| Daily loss limit | $1,000 | $1,000 |
| Contracts | Up to 3 minis or 30 micros | Scaling from 1 to 3 minis |
| Consistency | Best day at most 40% of total profit | No consistency percentage |
| Activation fee | No separate Daily V2 activation fee | Included |
These are 50K Daily V2 figures, not a table for every Top One product. Elite Daily V2 overview
Think of the evaluation as two simultaneous jobs: reach the target and keep the distribution of profits eligible. In the funded stage, replace that checklist with the buffer, scaling and withdrawal rules. Passing is the moment to change your rule sheet, not the moment to stop checking it.
How does the loss floor actually behave?
Top One's dedicated Daily V2 maximum-loss article describes a floor based on the highest end-of-day balance, with enforcement at the end of the day. It stops moving at the starting balance plus $100. That is a specific Daily V2 policy; do not assume every firm's end-of-day account works this way. Daily V2 maximum loss limit
On a fresh 50K account, a $2,000 allowance puts the initial floor at $48,000. If an eligible closing balance reaches $50,700, the corresponding floor is $48,700. A later lower closing balance does not pull the floor back down. Once the floor locks at $50,100, further profits expand the distance above it.
The daily loss limit is a separate intraday control. It includes open and closed losses and measures from the previous closing balance. Reaching it pauses trading for the session; liquidation can slip, and a separate maximum-loss breach can still end the account. Daily V2 daily loss limit
That distinction matters on a bad day. A daily pause is not permission to plan a $1,000 loss. Set your own stop earlier so normal costs, slippage or an order mistake have room. The platform's outer limit should not be your routine operating target.
What does the 40% consistency rule mean?
During evaluation, divide your largest profitable day by total net profit. The result must be no more than 40%. Exactly 40% qualifies under this rule; exceeding it delays the pass rather than immediately destroying the account. Evaluation consistency target
Suppose your best day is $1,500 and total profit is $3,000. Your ratio is 50%, so reaching the headline target is insufficient. With that same best day, $3,750 total profit brings the ratio to 40%: $1,500 divided by $3,750.
The useful response is to keep trading your established process. Increasing size to repair the percentage can create another oversized day and move the requirement again. Track the ratio after each session, alongside net results and whether you followed your plan.
How does funded position scaling work?
The funded 50K account starts with one mini or ten micros. The next tiers are two minis at $1,500 profit and three at $2,000 profit. Qualification uses end-of-day results, with increased capacity available the following trading day. Daily V2 contract scaling
A cap is permission, not a sizing recommendation. If one trade risks $100, a $500 personal daily stop allows only a limited number of attempts after costs. Adding contracts without changing the stop distance multiplies that risk. Decide the dollar loss first, then choose the number of contracts that fits it.
For someone moving from evaluation, this is easy to overlook: the evaluation ceiling is three minis, but the new funded account begins lower. Put a visible reminder beside your order ticket before the first funded session.
How do daily payouts work?
Eligible Daily V2 requests can be made every 24 hours. On 50K, the minimum request is $500, the maximum is $1,000 and $2,500 of profit must remain as buffer. The trader share is 90%. After the first payout, at least half of each requested amount must come from new profits earned since the previous payout. Daily V2 payout rules
Here is an original example that separates those conditions:
| Step | Account balance | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Before first request | $54,000 | $1,500 sits above the $52,500 buffer level |
| Request $1,000 | $53,000 remains | Trader share is $900 before applicable charges |
| Earn $500 more | $53,500 | A new $1,000 request now has $500 of new profits and preserves the buffer |
This is eligibility arithmetic, not a promise of approval or timing. Trades must be closed, all other rules must be satisfied and the request remains subject to review. Money inside the buffer is not a recoverable payout after an account breach.
Leaving more than the required minimum may make the next session less pressured. Before withdrawing, write down both the cash you expect to receive and the trading room you will retain. They are different numbers.
What about news and session times?
Daily V2 evaluation has no news restriction, but funded trading has a restricted window two minutes before and after specified high-impact events. Opening, closing or modifying orders in that window is prohibited. An existing position may be held, but a stop or target executing during the window can create a violation. Funded news rule
For a beginner, being flat before the window is easier to manage than trying to control every possible execution. That is a practical suggestion, not a claim that every pre-existing position is forbidden.
The published normal session runs from 6 p.m. Eastern toward the following afternoon, with a 4:10 p.m. close described in the hours article. Its Friday wording gives an earlier 4 p.m. close. Check the dashboard, instrument schedule and holiday notices rather than assuming a single cutoff for every day. Trading hours

Elite Daily is a monthly evaluation subscription. Do not assume the initial discount continues indefinitely: published renewal-discount duration is unclear. Reset prices also differ between current official pages, so obtain the exact reset quote before budgeting. Check FundedNow's Top One Futures listing and the final order summary.
A sensible attempt budget includes the first payment, possible renewal, any reset and money you can afford to spend learning. If passing requires another month, the decision should depend on demonstrated progress, not on recovering money already spent.
Who might find this program suitable?
Daily V2 may appeal to a trader who understands end-of-day accounting, accepts a daily loss pause and prefers a defined funded payout structure. Its limits include the buffer, funded scaling, news restrictions and the need to distinguish current V2 rules from other plans.
Before purchasing:
- Save the exact plan, variant, price and renewal terms.
- Rehearse the evaluation consistency calculation.
- Prepare a separate funded rule sheet and smaller initial size.
- Check news, session cutoffs and eligible instruments daily.
- Calculate post-withdrawal balance before requesting money.
- Confirm country eligibility, identity checks and payout access.
Our position-sizing guide and payout checklist help turn those checks into a repeatable routine. Choose the program only when its constraints fit the way you already plan to trade.
Frequently asked questions
Is Top One Futures Elite Daily V2 live trading?
The evaluation and initial funded program are simulated. A later live transition is a separate process; the nominal account balance is not money you own.
What is the 50K Daily V2 evaluation target?
The target is $3,000. Other rules also apply, including a $2,000 end-of-day loss allowance, a $1,000 daily limit and a best day no greater than 40% of total profit.
Does Daily V2 have a funded consistency rule?
The reviewed Daily V2 rules have no funded consistency percentage. Evaluation consistency, funded scaling and payout conditions remain separate requirements.
How much buffer does 50K Daily V2 require?
Ordinary payouts require $2,500 of profit to remain. Requests range from $500 to $1,000, and after the first payout at least half of each request must come from new profits since the prior payout.
Does the daily loss limit automatically end Daily V2?
The daily limit pauses trading for the session. A separate maximum-loss breach can permanently end the account; the dedicated Daily V2 article describes that maximum-loss check at the close.
