Payout Methods
- Cryptocurrency — “We support the following payout methods: Cryptocurrency, Bank Transfer.”
- Bank transfer — same article.
- Both run over one rail: “All payouts are processed through Rise (Riseworks.io)”, and since the July 2026 update a verified Rise account is mandatory — “To receive payouts, your Rise account must be created, verified, and linked to your Top One Futures dashboard… Without a verified Rise account linked, payout requests cannot be submitted.” The email on the linked Rise profile must match the verified Rise account. The only published escape hatch is manual: “If you're unable to use Rise, please contact our Live Support chat and we'll help you set up an alternative payout method (e.g. via crypto) if needed.”
- Not a trader route: Tipalti appears in the help centre only for affiliate commissions (“We use Tipalti to organize tax documents and distribute payments”, paid automatically on the 15th of each month), and it replaced WISE and PayPal on that side. It is not offered for trading payouts.

Trading Rules
What's allowed during trading
View conditions
Allowed as a firm-wide default — “Yes, you are allowed to trade news on your accounts at Top One Futures” — with two carve-outs the same article names: “the following account types DO have a News Trading Rule in place: Elite Daily Funded account news restrictions, Elite Access Funded account news restrictions. Other account types than the ones listed above do not have a news trading rule.” On those two, the rule bites only after funding (“Evaluation | No restrictions; Funded | 2-minute restricted window”) and blocks execution “2 minutes before a major news event, 2 minutes after a major news event. The total restricted window is 4 minutes”, where execution includes opening, closing, pending orders and modifying a stop loss or take profit.

“Weekend trading is strictly prohibited, and all markets remain closed during this period.” Nothing can be carried into the weekend in any case, because “All open trades are automatically closed by 4:10 PM EST every trading day” and “The final session of the week ends at 4:00 PM EST on Friday. Markets reopen Sunday at 6:00 PM EST.”

“At Top One Futures, we do not allow the use of Expert Advisors (EAs) or Bots on our accounts… We require all traders to engage in manual, skill-based trading.” Prohibited Trading Practices §12 is broader: “Use of any automated trading system, script, bot, Expert Advisor (EA), or high-frequency execution tool is strictly forbidden. All trades must be entered manually or semi-manually by the trader.” Consequences are “Account suspension or termination. Potential loss of funding privileges.” The single exception is the firm's own copier: “we provide a trade copier feature built directly into our trading platform, Tradovate.”

Allowed only between a trader's own accounts of identical program and size: “copy trading is strictly limited to accounts of the exact same type and exact same size”, with “Elite Access $50K to another Elite Access $50K” given as the allowed shape and “An Instant Sim Funded $50K account with an Instant Sim Funded $100K account (Different Size)” as a violation. Manual mirroring and correlated-asset substitution count as copying (“even if it is minutes or an hour later”). Between people it is flatly banned: “Copy trading between your accounts and another person's accounts, regardless of your relationship to that trader (even a family member or roommate)… will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts.” Cross-firm copying of one's own trades is permitted (“all trade decisions must originate from activity on our platform”), and the firm supplies the copier itself inside Tradovate, but “TOP ONE FUTURES is not responsible for trades that fail to copy, copy incorrectly, or execute at unintended times/sizes.”

“As part of our trading rules, holding trades overnight is not allowed. All trades must be closed by 4:10 PM EST daily.” Missing the deadline is not a silent breach but a forced flatten: “If a trader fails to close their positions before 4:10 PM EST, they may face forced liquidation of trades by the system”, and “the system will forcibly liquidate all open positions at that time.” The rule is uniform — “Rules apply to all account types and instruments, including cryptocurrencies.”

“You may not hedge one account against another, whether within Top One Futures or across other prop firms or brokers. All trades must reflect independent trading strategies without cross-account hedging” (Prohibited Trading Practices §4), repeated in the IP policy as “Hedging Across Multiple Accounts: Any form of hedging across multiple accounts, including accounts from other prop firms or brokers, is strictly prohibited.” The copy-trading policy reaches the same conduct from the other direction, banning same-direction trades in correlated instruments (ES/NQ, YM/RTY, ES/MES) across mismatched accounts.

The IP policy contradicts itself inside one article. The prose says discouraged-but-risky: “The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs) is not advised. VPNs allow users to switch locations, which can lead to false positives in our location-based security checks, resulting in potential account breaches. For this reason, using a VPN may trigger location violations and lead to account suspension or breaches.” The summary block at the end of the same article says banned: “Not Allowed: Using multiple IPs on the same account frequently Trading multiple accounts from the same IP Using a VPN (strictly prohibited)”. A VPS is treated differently and is allowed with paperwork: “we permit the use of Virtual Private Servers (VPS) with static IP addresses”, provided the static IP and a VPS service invoice are registered with support in advance.
