“All positions must be closed before the session close; overnight and weekend positions are prohibited” (Momentum Rules). The Qualification Rules article gives the mechanism rather than a separate weekend clause: “The trading day starts at 5:00 PM and ends at 4:00 PM the following day, North American Central Time (CT). Weekends and public holidays are not counted as trading days. All positions must be closed by 3:59 PM (CT).”

Permitted by the FAQ and the help centre, but gated by the Terms of Use, and the two are never reconciled. FAQ: “Yes. Bots, algorithms and trade copiers are permitted. If you connect to Rithmic through a third-party API or composite software, an additional $100 per month applies. Only user-built tools intended solely for the account owner’s personal use are permitted. Commercial, shared, rented or publicly distributed automation tools are not allowed.” Bulenox disclaims responsibility for them: “their uptime, reliability and performance are outside our control, and we cannot provide support or accept responsibility for any issues arising from their use.” The Terms of Use, under ALGORITHMS AND AUTO TRADING, add an approval gate the FAQ does not mention — “In order to avoid performance discrepancy and/or meet compliance regulations, any third party algorithms must be approved from the Bulenox management team” — name “automated discretional trading in any of the trading environments” as an abuse of the service, and add “If abuse is suspected, we reserve the right to refuse to claim any profit.” No latency, order-rate or message-rate limit is published, and no page states how approval is requested or granted.

Copiers are named in the same answer as bots and carry the same limit: “Yes. Bots, algorithms and trade copiers are permitted… Only user-built tools intended solely for the account owner's personal use are permitted. Commercial, shared, rented or publicly distributed automation tools are not allowed.” No page states separately whether trades may be copied from another person's account or from a signal service, so the personal-use wording is the only published limit.

“Holding positions overnight is strictly prohibited” (Qualification Rules), with the hard deadline “All positions must be closed by 3:59 PM (CT).” The Master Account trading rules restate it for the funded stage: “All positions must be closed by 3:59 PM CT. Holding positions overnight is not permitted.” No page says what happens to a position left open — whether it is auto-flattened or treated as a breach is not published.
